HOW WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED?
Your package will be delivered to your home, mailbox, porch, or local post office. If the mail carrier cannot deliver the package safely, you’ll receive a notice for pickup at your local post office.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us at pureo.store@gmail.com immediately after placing your order. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once the order enters the shipping process.
TRACKING & DELIVERY
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT WORKING. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
It may take a few days for your tracking information to be updated. Please double-check the tracking number you’ve entered, or copy and paste it directly. If the issue persists, contact us at pureo.store@gmail.com for assistance.
THE TRACKING SITE SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE.
Sometimes postal services mark packages as delivered when they’ve only reached your local post office. Please allow a few more days for final delivery or contact your local post office to inquire.
MY PACKAGE IS STUCK IN CUSTOMS. WHAT CAN I DO?
Customs clearance is outside of our control. You can contact your local customs office directly for more details or assistance. Please note that customs charges and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
RETURNS & ISSUES
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCT?
If you’ve received a damaged or faulty item, please email us photographic or video proof at pureo.store@gmail.com, and we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
I'VE ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS OR CHOSEN THE WRONG VARIANT. CAN I CHANGE IT?
Email us at pureo.store@gmail.com immediately. While we’ll do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped. If the order cannot be updated, we are unable to issue a refund.
MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED ON TIME. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
